When launching any program or course, it’s important to have a clear understanding of what you want to achieve. What are your objectives? How will you measure success? What does success look like to you?

Deciding on desired outcomes

At the end of the day, what do you want this launch to do for you and your business? You may be launching a live course that may be more intimate. Perhaps something where you only take on a handful of clients. Or, you may be launching a monthly membership with a desired outcome of hundreds of clients. Make sure you are clear and upfront with yourself about what you want to achieve.

Allow me to shed some light on one of the most vital aspects of launching a program – marketing. Think of marketing like the spine of your program, holding everything together and keeping it standing tall.

Without it, you’re basically trying to sell ice to an Eskimo, lamenting about how no one’s buying your precious program.

But don’t sweat it just yet, marketing can be fun. Tap into your creative side and brainstorm ways to make your program stand out. Maybe try social media marketing, email campaigns, or even good old-fashioned flyers, if it makes sense for your business model.

Just remember, the world is your oyster (and so is your audience). So get out there, and charm them with your program.

Now it’s time to get down to the nitty-gritty of tech set-up. First things first, you need to figure out what you need.  If you already have a team in place, leverage them to brainstorm. 

And no, “everything” is not an option here. Unless you’re a trust fund baby or a tech wizard who can conjure up whatever you need with a snap of your fingers.

But for the rest of us mere mortals, we need to prioritize. What are the absolute necessities for your launch? What can wait until Phase 2?

And most importantly, what can you afford without having to sell a kidney on the black market?

Remember, you want your launch to be memorable, but not at the expense of your health or well-being.
